Terms of Use

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms apply to your use of lionsroarinternational.com, including your account, the affiliation application, dues, yearly financial statements and online payments. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

The site is operated by Lion’s Roar International, Inc., a nonprofit corporation recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and holder of IRS Group Exemption Number 8203, at 5950 Lakehurst Dr. #169, Orlando, FL 32819.

Your account

Each organization has one representative account. Keep its information accurate and its password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account; tell us promptly at info@lionsroarinternational.com if you believe someone else has used it.

Applications

By submitting an application you confirm that the information and documents you provide are true and complete, that you are authorized to act for the organization, and that your references have agreed to be contacted.

Submitting an application and paying does not guarantee acceptance. Our review board examines each application, may ask for more information and decides at its discretion, in keeping with our Statement of Faith, Ministerial Aesthetics and Participation Requirements.

Fees and payments

Fees are shown in US dollars on the Fees page and at checkout, and are processed securely by Stripe. The first payment includes the initial affiliation fee and the first 12 months of contribution. Dues are paid for 6 or 12 months at a time; there is no automatic renewal. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; please contact the office.

Membership and good standing

An accepted organization remains in good standing while it keeps its dues current, submits its yearly financial statement by March 31 and follows the Participation Requirements. After the paid-through date a grace period applies; after it, the organization is no longer in good standing until it pays.

Lion’s Roar reports to the IRS each year any subordinate that is not in good standing, and may suspend or terminate an affiliation on the grounds set out in the Agreement. The standing of any member can be checked on our Verify page.

Letters

Acceptance letters and Letters of Good Standing are issued by Lion’s Roar under its group exemption and carry a verification code. A letter does not remain valid after it is voided or after its valid-until date; anyone can check it on our Verify page.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use another person’s or organization’s identity, try to access information that is not yours, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Our name and materials

The Lion’s Roar name, seal and the content of this site belong to Lion’s Roar International, Inc. Do not use them to suggest an affiliation or a standing your organization does not hold.
